FIREPLACE NSTALLATION
RIGHT (GRCF36) AND LEFT (GLCF36)
CORNER INSTALLATION
1. Locate pre-attached nailing fl anges as shown in
Figure
19
. DO NOT REMOVE PRE-ATTACHED NAILING
FLANGES.
2. Secure nailing fl anges to corner posts using two (2)
self-taping screws. See Figure 19.
3. Slide fi rebox into prepared framing or position fi rebox
in its fi nal position and frame later.
4. Bend out four (4) nailing fl anges to 90°,
5. Level and plumb fi rebox by checking edges of fi rebox.
Shim if necessary.
6. Attach nailing fl anges to studs.
See Figure 20.
7. Remove two baseplates from bottom of fi rebox. See
Figure 21 .
8. Anchor firebox to floor with four

9. Install canopy. Refer to page 15 for canopy installation.
