g) Exporting data saved in the transmitter
As described in the previous section, you can also make the basic settings for the transmitter directly on the trans-
mitter, doing so via the control elements. When you have already optimised the flight characteristics for your model
through these settings, you can both export them from the transmitter as a basis for more far-reaching programming,
and save the data record on your PC.
Switch the transmitter on.
Connect the PC connecting cable to the transmitter.
Connect the USB plug to the PC.
Start the programming by double-clicking on the icon [txsetup.exe].
Press the [GetUser] button.
The settings previously selected are then adopted in the respective menu items in the program.
h) Saving settings programmed
If you fly various models or want to use settings for different conditions,
you can save your settings on your PC.
After you have changed the menu items according to your wishes, on the
starting screen, press the [Save] button.
A representation of your desktop will be displayed.
Select the folder into which you want to save the data record.
Enter a file name by which you can later identify the settings.
Confirm the entry with the [Open] key.
i) Importing settings programmed
When you want to call up transmitter settings previously saved on your
PC, on the starting screen, press the [Open] button.
A representation of your desktop will be displayed.
Select the folder in which you have saved the data records.
Select the data record desired. Or:
Enter the file name.
Confirm the entry with the [Open] key.
