ALARM TROUBLESHOOTING *
Note*: the last alarm occured is permanently stored by the CPU, even in absence of main line, and
can be verified using the Front Panel software (vers. 7.50 and over)
Code
Description
Cause/Solution
0001
Overtemperature
Alarm
The temperature of the water at output exceeds the max temperature
presetted via the specific parameter (Tout > Tmax)
a) Check water flow
b) Verify correct setting of Tmax
0010
Reverse Power
Alarm
The reflected power has reached the alarm threshold for a time longer
than 20 seconds. Set higher threshold or start the automatic tuning to
deacrese the reflected power.
Full reverse power condition triggers the alarm in one second.
0011
RF Input
Malfunction (PLL)
Alarm linked to internal frequency generator: the generated driving
signal is out of expected value. The CPU turns off the power module
automatically. After the reset operation, the CPU turns on the power
module and checks possible alarms. If the alarm persist, contact the
service.
0100
AC/DC Power
Supply Alarm
The internal power supply has an output < 10V or it exceeds of +/- 5%
the expected value after 4 seconds.
0101
Overcurrent Final
Amplifier (M1-4)
The final power amplifier has reached the limit current. Try to reset and
restart at lower power. If the alarm persists, contact the service.
1001
Interlock Alarm
Check interlock input (0V = Alarm, +24V= OK)
1010
Driver Alarm
The current of the driver (pre-ampli) exceeds 10 A. Try to reset and
restart at lower power. If the alarm persists, contact the service.
1011
Communication
interrupted
Alarm engaged only when the SG is run throught the USB port and no
valid character is received within time out
