How To Reassemble the Unit After Bakeout

37

Warm Up and Start Up

1. Apply power to the transducer.  The power requirement is ±15 VDC (±5%) @ 35 mA.

2. Vacuum-pump the system to a pressure below the transducer’s resolution (0.01% F.S.).

Allow a minimum of 15 minutes for the electronics to stabilize.

3. Zero the output of the transducer by adjusting the zero potentiometer on the electronics

unit or on the power supply/readout unit (if using an MKS power supply/readout unit).

The instrument is ready for normal operation.
