Series 943 Cold Cathode Vacuum Sensor

Instruction Manual - #100009887

Use a small screwdriver to adjust its potentiometer until the reading coincides with the desired 
set point pressure.

If the protect set point turns the high voltage OFF, PRO will appear on the display. Turn OFF the 
high voltage switch and then back ON again to enable the high voltage.

The protect set point cannot work if the system's pressure is in the sensor's "roll-back" pressure 
region (see Figure 5-4).
