(4) Oiling
Ball bearings
･･･
Grease - filled ball bearings require no overhaul. Clean ball
bearings and apply lithium type grease(#2- #3) to their
outside surfaces.
Gears
･･･
Gears are coated with MOLY PS GREASE when products are
shipped by us. If grease is found. Insufficient, fill half of
the gear box with lithium type grease(#2- #3 ). Apply
grease to all exposed gear surfaces. Also apply MOLY PS
GREASE to brake disk, and motor shaft spline.

Never modify any part of the crane or its accessories.

Be sure to use Mitsubishi genuine parts only.

Be sure to turn off the power before starting maintenance, inspection or repair.
●
Only the personnel with the expert knowledge designated by the firm are allowed to maintain, inspect or repair the crane.
●
Make sure that the crane is free of a load before starting maintenance, inspection or repair.

If maintenance or inspection reveals a defect with the crane, do not use the crane until the defects is repaired and
rectified.

Never use the crane with a defect as it is dangerous. Or else, an accident may occur.

Before starting maintenance, inspection or repair, be sure to post or hang proper signs saying “Maintenance in
progress” or “NEVER turn on power” for positive indication
