(1) Removal of joining member
Loosen the bolts, and remove the joining member

from the saddle frame (movable)

(2) Change of idle gear
Move the saddle frame (movable)

so that it may be placed on the travel rail.
Remove the cotter pin

on the side F of the idle gear shaft

as shown Below,
set up the cotter pin on the hole to which the idle gear is dislocated.
Here, the cotter pins were located at delivery from the factory as shown below.

(3) This procedure is completed by fastening the joining member

Note: At this time, temporarily energize the motor to rotate in order to check whether any
unnecessary force is generated in the engagement between the gears of the idle gear
shaft

or not. If any unnecessary force generates high operating noise
in the engagement, loosen the bolts

for readjustment.
