(10) Trouble no information time setting area
Set the time at seconds unit, which does not inform the communication trouble after the
exchange start. Default value is 20 seconds so the communication trouble is not informed for 20
seconds after the exchange start. By this setting, in case the master power supply ON is faster
than the slave power supply ON etc., it makes possible to prohibit an error that occurs temporary
when system starts up.

This is the area that stores the status of each slave station.
