The slave address specified in the parameter is the
same as that of the master. This error occurs
immediately after the power supply is turned on or
the CPU is reset. Even though this error is
occurring, if the exchange start (Y00) is on then
error of error code 3000h will occur, the FAULT
LED will turn on, and operation will stop.

Not even 1 active slave station is set in the
parameter. When this error occurs the detailed
data is set to:
Detailed data 1: Number of slaves set in the
parameter.
Detailed data 2: Number of active slaves set in
the parameter.
This error occurs immediately after the power
supply is turned on or the CPU is reset. Even
though this error is occurring, if the exchange start
(Y00) is on then error of error code 3000h will
occur, the FAULT LED will turn on, and operation
will stop.
