Reassembly

(1) Install bearings (2) on pump shaft (1) and install

the shaft in pump case (3).

(2) Install snap ring (4) in case on pulley side.

(3) Install unit seal (5) in impeller (6) and secure the

impeller to the shaft.

(4) Install cover (7).
(5) Rotate the shaft to check to see that the impeller

does not interfere with cover.
