6.1 Outline of the Internal Memory
The 32170 internally contains the following types of memory:
• 40 Kbyte or 32 Kbyte RAM
• 768 Kbyte, 512 Kbyte, or 384 Kbyte flash memory
6.2 Internal RAM
Specifications of the 32170's internal RAM are shown below.
