This area stores alarm occurrence status of DP-Slaves. (

status Stores the alarm detection status of all the DP-Slaves.
When an alarm has detected even on one DP-Slave in 'Each station's alarm status'
(Un\G26417 to Un\G26420), 1 is stored in 'All stations' alarm status' (Un\G26416).
• 0: No alarm detected
• 1: Alarm detected
When 1 is stored as 'All stations' alarm status' (Un\G26416), BF LED and DIA LED turn on.
