Installation of the Double Handle Assembly (2700UK)
l
Remove the upper bracket (1) from the lower bracket (2) by loosening the bolts (3) with the
Allen wrench.
l
Install the handle assembly (4) and the upper bracket into the lower bracket by tightening the
4 bolts.
l
To prevent the loosening of tube assembly (5), fix it to the pipe assembly (6) with the fixing
bands (7) and clump (8).
l

Installation of the Double Handle Assembly (3500UK, 4500UK, 5300UK)
l
Remove the upper bracket (9) from the lower bracket (10) by loosening the grip bolt (11).
l
Install the handle assembly (12) and the upper bracket into the lower bracket by tightening the
grip bolt.
l
Ensure the rear tab of the top clamp is positioned in the lower clamp. So, when the grip bolt is
tightened, the rear tab is between 0-1mm below the surface of the lower clamp (see illustration).
l
Tighten the grip bolt. So, the handle assembly cannot move in the clamp during use.
l
To prevent the loosening of tube assembly (13), fix it to the pipe assembly (14) with the fixing
bands (15) and clamp (16).

For transport and storage, the handle assembly can be rotated. So, it is parallel with
the pipe assembly (see illustration)
.
WARNING
Confirm the handle assembly is fully secure before use.
Do not use the machine if the handle is not fully secure.
Tighten and use the grip bolt until the handle assembly doesn't move when it
moves.
Installation of the Guard
l
Lay your brushcutter with the brushcutter head's mounting surface facing up.
l
Fit the guard (17) place onto the bracket (18) of the pipe assembly. Install the 4 bolts through
the fitting plate and the guard into the tapped thread. Tighten the 4 bolts.
Installation of the Cutting Head
l
Fit the holder A (19), grass cover (20) and holder B (21) at the output shaft.
l
Insert the Allen wrench (22) into the hole at the gear case cover.
l
Screw the cutting head (23) counterclockwise onto the output shaft until the Allen wrench
slips into position and blocks the shaft.
l
Tighten down the cutting head securely.
l
Remove the Allen wrench from the gear case cover.
