1. General Commissioning
Before proceeding any further with the installation it is important to commission the Mira
Extreme.

1.1. Make sure the electrical supply is
isolated and, if applicable, the
appropriate circuit fuse is
removed.
Caution! Do not over-tighten the
hose connector.
1.2. Connect the flexible hose from the
shower fitting to the outlet of the
appliance. Ensure the hose washer
is fitted.
1.3. Turn the water supplies fully on at
the isolating valves. Check that
water is not leaking from the bottom
of the case.
1.4. Switch on the electrical supply to
the product.
1.5. Press the top flow control button
to start the shower. Check that
within a few seconds the water
flows freely from the shower.
Press the middle and lower buttons
in turn and check that the flow
decreases.
1.6. Turn the temperature knob
anticlockwise to check the hot
supply and clockwise to check
the cold supply.
1.7. Press the Stop button to stop the
flow of water.
1.8. This completes general
commissioning.
