No change in
temperature
between 'LOW'
and 'HIGH'
setting.
Possible failure of the
presssure switch,
microswitch or heater tank.
Use a suitable continuity
measuring device to
check the continuity of
the pressure switch,
microswitch or heater
tank and renew parts as
necessary.
Water leaking
from the bottom of
the case.
The appliance is fitted with
a pressure relief valve
assembly that operates to
reduce damage if the outlet
is blocked or the unit is
frozen. When the relief
valve operates a small
rubber ball is ejected.
Reset the relief valve
assembly, refer to
Maintenance: "Relief
Valve Resetting".
Renew the pilot valve.
Contact local water
authority/undertaker.
Check water supply
static pressure.
Note!
Static pressure
may fall below 0.5 bar
when other appliances
are operated e.g.
dishwasher, washing
machine etc.
Pilot valve faulty.
Supply pressure below 0.5
bar.
Water will not turn
off.
Insufficient water supply
pressure.
Contact local water
authority/undertaker.
'POWER' neon
goes off when
unit is turned on.
Check continuity and
rectify supply cable
fault.
Loose connections/broken
wire.
