Chapter 5. USE AND OPERATION EN
5.2 ADJUSTMENT
The machine is fitted with a control panel, from which all programming and operation functions can be set.
D Display. Displays selected functions and relative settings.
S Button “SELECT”. Select the variables on the control panel.
R Button “RESET”. Reset the machine after an alarm. Reset the piece counter.
 Button “INCREASE”. Increases set function values.
 Button “DECREASE”. Reduces set function values.
IG Main switch (placed on machine rear). Turns the machine on and off.
S0 Pushbutton “EMERGENCY”. Stops and switches off the machine instantly in the event of danger.
PHASE NR. 1 = SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON
Press the main switch (IG) into pos. ON .
PHASE NR. 2 = PROGRAMS SELECTION
Push the button (S). Push buttons (  ) and (  ) to select the number of the program.
PHASE NR. 3 = VARIABLES PROGRAMMING
Through button (S) it is possible to look through the variables of the selected program, while through buttons (

) and (

)
the memorized values can be modified. To validate modifications, press button (S) until the number of the program
appears on the display.
The machine is equipped with 9 selectionable programs (P1÷P9). Each program is composed by 11 variables
(0÷H)
which can be modified.
The table below lists the variables in the same order in which they are displayed.

The machine is equipped with a work counter with the
possibility to prest the production counting. When the preset
value is 0, it is a work counter; when a different number is
preset, the machine will stop upon reaching the required
production lot. To carry out the following production lot and
put the counter to zero, press the buttons (R) for a second.
Pressure adjustment of
vertical sealing bar.
Min. = 10
Max. = 50
Default = 30 This function will adjust the vertical sealing bar pressure
according to the magazine thickness; the thicker the
magazine, the higher the value to be preset.
Pressure adjustment of
transversal sealing bar.
Min. = 10
Max. = 50
Default = 17
This function will adjust the side sealing bar pressure
according to the film thickness.
Pressure adjustment of
dragging wheel.
Min. = 10
Max. = 50
Default = 30 This function will adjust the dragging wheel pressure,
according to the magazine thickness; the thicker the
magazine the higher the value to be preset.
