It adjusts the sealing time according to film quality and
thickness.
Temperature adjustment
of sealing bars in

Default = 06 This function is useful to keep the temperature of the sealing
bars always steady. The temperature of sealing bar can be
changed according to film thickness and quality.
Temperature adjustment
of sealing bars in pause.
Min. = 1
Max. = 10
Default = 02 This function will adjusts the sealing bar temperature when
the machine is not working, to keep them warm and ready for
use. This function is linked to the previous one.
Film loosening
adjustment.
Min. = 0
Max. = 25
Default = 06
This is an important function used especially with heavy
magazines. The vertical sealing bar is starting first to block
the magazine and to avoid film being too tight when the
transversal bar is sealing.
Bag lenght adjustment.
Min. = 0
Max. = 25
Default = 10
This function will adjusts the length of the film besides the
magazine.
Cycle start mode
selection. 0/1/2
Default = 1
It gives the possibility to select the photocell to work with
according to the kind of film used (0=dull film / 1=trasparent
film / 2=start will pedal (if available).
Contrast wheels closing
time after magazine
passage. Min. = 0,0
Max. = 2,5
Default = 00
Wheels closing hold next magazine on for a seal cooling
time.
Note 1: To set all values on standard level switch the machine on keeping button (R) pressed.
Note 2: If the machine is equipped with a conveyor belt and after 10 seconds no cycles are made, the belts
automatically stops to safeguard motor lasting.
5.3 ALARMS
In case of alarms the display will show as follows:
Alarm Cause Reset
Meaning front door (2) (see paragraph 2.1) is open. Press button (R) and close front door.
Motor stops in case of film jamming. Press button (R) and place film correctly.
Magnets anomaly.
Press button (R) and ask for technical
support.
Wrong values are set. Press button (R) to modify them.
Acoustic signal intervenes also when the no of pieces you have set has been reached.
The machine is fitted with “EMERGENCY” Pushbutton (S0) which, when pressed, stops and turns off
the machine instantly, stopping the work cycle.
To reset this alarm, proceed as follows:
Remove the cause of the alarm.
Release the “EMERGENCY” Pushbutton (S0) by rotating it to the right.
