Assembly
Note:

Fine adjustment of the overload protection is performed after installation (see
Chapter
).
Make sure that the load application borehole of the load cell aligns with the cable
grommet borehole.
For security reasons, the base plate must be screwed on with four screws through the
boreholes provided!
1. Screw overload protection (2, 3) up to where X = 19.6 mm, i.e.the locking screw must
not touch the load cell nor protrude from below the base plate (1).
2. Clean all supporting surfaces of benchtop (4) and load cell and replace the load cell
according to the load direction (arrow on the face of the load cell).
3. Tighten the screws and (15) with spring washer (16) and washer (17) with a wrench
(torque approx. 2.5 kN) and attach and screw on protective cover (19, 20).
4. Make sure that the contact surface of the support structure is clean, lat and level (use
a spirit level).
5. Only then screw on the base plate (1) of the PR 6007/00 with the support structure.
