Block Diagram of Sensor Board

The sensor board consists of three small boards: a pressure detection board, a

slider adapter board, and a sensor adapter board. Wherein, the pressure sensor is

connected to the pressure detection board, and the signal is converted into a digital

signal by U2 acquisition. U5 is the calibration data of the pressure sensor stored in

EEPROM. U4 is the syringe in-position detection optical coupler. The signal of the

pressure detection board is sent to the monitoring CPU of the drive board after

being converted by the slider adapter board and the sensor adapter board.

The film potentiometer, which is attached to the sensor adapter board, is used to

detect the direction and speed of the motor, and the signal is forwarded to the

monitoring CPU of the drive board through the sensor adapter board. The rotary

potentiometer is used to detect the diameter of the syringe, and the signal is also

forwarded to the monitoring CPU of the drive board through the sensor adapter

board.
