GAIN
The GAIN setting determines motor regulation under load. As a
rule, the factory setting (at 12 o’clock) is sufficient for most
applications.
Set the gain trimpot full CCW for minimum regulation, or full
CW for maximum regulation. Test the motor gain by applying a
load to the motor and checking the change in motor speed. The
drive will maintain motor speed better with higher gain settings.
