For five years after date of the machine’s manufacture, 100% of the price will be discounted on
support wheels in all MILNOR CBW washers manufactured on or after September 1, 1987. This
warranty will also apply to support wheels shipped as spare parts on or after September 1, 1988 (the
five-year limitation will date from the time of shipment from the MILNOR factory).
Upon receipt of the failed part for our inspection and verification that it does fall within the above
stipulated dates, we will supply a new P/N A62-00101A, 2 ½” wide, or P/N A62-00101, 1 ½” wide
wheel assembly with bearings and shaft, but less support brackets.

With all MILNOR CBW batch washers shipped April 24, 1989, or after, the following extended
prorated warranty shall apply to motors, chains, sprockets, gears reducers, couplings, V-belts,
pulleys, guide rollers, and L-seal components:

These warranties apply to the parts mentioned above, but do not include transportation or
installation. They are predicated on reasonable and proper operation and maintenance, including
proper lubrication, adjustment of V-belts and chains, etc. Parts not properly lubricated, adjusted or
maintained, or parts that have been subjected to abuse (including but not limited to continuing to
operate the CBW washer with any inoperative gear reducer or chain drive), are not included in this
warranty.
Under all of the terms of our standard warranty, except as modified above, replacement parts will be
shipped via our dealer on our standard charge basis. When appropriate, subsequent credit, in
accordance with the schedules mentioned above, will be issued for those parts which we determine
fall within the extended warranty coverage. For your convenience, parts will be marked in such a
way that it can easily be determined when they were supplied.
All failed parts for which these warranties are claimed must of course be returned promptly to
MILNOR.
