Now press “Start” to start the cycle.
The DECALCIFICATION phase is now running.
During the decalcification phase, all the functions and the possibilities available during the fixation phase
(like Extend” and Abort”) are active. Refer to chapter 3.2.1.
While running a Heated decalcification protocol it is possible to start a new presoaking phase of other bone
samples on the BACK MODULE. Simply put the FIXATIVE module on the Back Plate (see image below),
then press “NEW RUN” from the screen of the Back Module (see the circle in the image above).
On completion of Decalcification an audio alarm sounds, the operator can silence it by pressing the icon
, then click
“Confirm end”
to confirm the end of the process.
