Cleaning and care

105

Cleaning the interior and
accessories

Clean the appliance regularly, or at
least once a month.
Clean up any spills, stains and food
immediately. Do not allow them to
dry and stick to the appliance.

Clean the interior with a solution of
lukewarm water and a little
dishwashing liquid. Rinse all parts by
hand. Do not wash in a dishwasher.

After cleaning, wipe with a damp
cloth and dry with a soft cloth.

Leave the door open for a short time
to air out the appliance and avoid the
formation of odours.

Aluminium frames

The frames on the shelves inside the
appliance are partially made from
aluminium.

Aluminium is a dynamic material. The
reflection and appearance of
aluminium changes in different lights
and environments and depending on
the angle you view it from. It is also
susceptible to scratching.

The aluminium frames may become
discoloured or get damaged if soiling
is left on for too long.
Remove any soiling from the
aluminium frames immediately.

Emptying and cleaning the ice
cube container

Clean the ice cube container
regularly. This ensures that fresh ice
cubes are always produced.

Empty the ice cube container on a
regular basis. This prevents ice
cubes from freezing together.

The ice cube container is very heavy
when filled. Pull it out using both
hands.

Open the appliance door.

Lift the ice cube container with both
hands and pull it forwards to remove
it from the refrigeration appliance.

Empty the ice cube container and
rinse it with warm water.

Dry the ice cube container thoroughly
so that new ice cubes will not freeze
onto the surfaces.
