the different layers.
Thicknesses of combined layers with the
same material can be measured using
the IMS5400-THxx/MP controllers. If the
layers cannot be separated or consist
of different materials, the thickness can
be determined using the IMS5400-TH/
MP controllers and the signal processing
(calculation programs).
