Installation

The ILD 22xx is an optical sensor for measurements with micrometer accuracy. Make sure it is handled care-
fully when installing and operating. MICRO-EPSILON recommends the use of protective housings if the sen-
sor operates in a dirty environment or higher ambient temperature, see Chap.

14.2
