This manual describes the 40 - 150 kVA Comet family of
Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS). The Comet UPS are
shown in Figure 1-1.
The manual is divided into four sections:
Section I — Introduction
This section describes the 40 - 150 kVA Comet family of
Uninterruptible Power Systems including a general
description of the system and its internal components, a
description of available options, and system specifications.
Section II — Installation
This section describes the installation of the 40 - 150 kVA
Comet UPS. It also includes receiving, handling, storage,
and installation procedures.
Section III — Operation
This section presents operating information for Comet UPS
systems, including an overview of system operation, controls
and indications, and operating procedures.
Section IV — Maintenance
This section describes the maintenance of the Comet UPS,
including safety instructions, preventive maintenance, and
information about replacement parts.
