Batteries
The SCOOTER requires special drive
batteries that are located within the
battery pack.
☞
Only maintenance free batteries
may be used!
Sealed batteries
Sealed batteries (gel) must not be
opened. They are maintenance-free
and the acid cannot leak during trans-
port.
Recharging batteries
The batteries must be charged before
the fi rst journey.

Therefore observe the operating
manual of the charger!
Replacing the batteries
The drive batteries are highly strained
through the daily use of the
SCOOTER
and can only fulfi l their job when they
are cared for and charged. Batteries
undergo a normal ageing process.
Both batteries must be replaced when
they no longer give the full power or
are defective despite correct charg-
ing.
The use of batteries with different ca-
pacities is not permitted.

Note:
Have a battery replacement carried
out by an authorised workshop be-
cause they know about the possi-
ble risk situations and can correctly
dispose of defective batteries.
Safety information

Keep children away from batteries,
accessory parts and packing mate-
rial.

Avoid naked fl ames and sparks in
the vicinity of the batteries.
– Risk of explosion!

The battery poles should be cov-
ered with the respective battery
pole caps.
