5.5.1 Beschreibung der Hardware-Tasten
1. Automatic off/ on Sets the operation mode »Automatic« on or off.
Left position Automatic interrupted.
All movements stopped after cycle.
Active cutting program optained.
Right position Automatic ON or proceeding the in-
terrupted action.
Lamp illuminated The automatic is active.
Lamp blinks fast The breakpoint is reached, the auto-
matic can be started.
Lamp blinks slow The automatic is interrupted.
2. Band drive on The saw blade begins to move.
Lamp illuminated Die Bandgeschwindigkeit ist erreicht.
Lamp blinks Bandantrieb Hoch- und Bremslauf.
3. Feed slow up The machine table approaches the saw blade slowly.
Lamp illuminated The band speed is reached.
Lamp blinks Band drive up- and brake run.
4. Vorschub Eilgang auf The machine table approaches the saw blade fast.
5. Close cover The cover closes.
Two-hand control
unit The cover can only be closed if feed
is in loading position.
Lamp illuminated Cover is closed and the command
CLOSE COVER is not active.
Lamp blinks The command CLOSE COVER is
active.
6. Clamping cylinder

Opens the clamping cylinder.

7. Lock doors The doors are locked (machine side).
Lamp illuminated Doors are closed and locked.
Lamp blinks Doors are closed and not locked.
8. Operation aktive Only one operation can be active!
The emergency stop stays active.

9. Automatic stop All movements are being stopped.
Active program rejected.
10. Band drive off The saw blade stops.
11. Rapide feed down The machine table departs from the saw blade.
