Performing a reset

Caution! When a reset is carried
out, all switching times and
settings are deleted and default
standard settings are restored.

Press the [Mode] and [Set] buttons
simultaneously for about
7 seconds, until all symbols in the
display go out.

The reset has been performed and the
factory settings are loaded (see
„Program memory and switching
times“, p. 32).
This section describes apparent and
possible faults, and the options for
eliminating them. If the problem on
your device is not listed here, please
contact our Infoline (see back cover).
The blind is not lowered when the
twilight function is switched on.
– The sun/twilight sensor is not
connected correctly (see blind
control insert manual).
– There is no switching time with
astro function saved for the
relevant day („Twilight function“,
p. 38).
– The measured brightness still
exceeds the twilight value.
Another source of light may be
affecting the sensor.
The learned travel time is executed.
The learned travel time is only executed
when the blind has previously been
raised to the upper limit position for at
least 2 minutes, so that the learned
travel time can start from a defined
position (upper limit position).
