The inside rear-view mirror and the outside mir‐
ror on the driver's side will automatically go into
anti-dazzle mode if light from a headlamp hits
the sensor on the inside rear-view mirror.
System limits
The system will not go into anti-dazzle mode if:
R
The drive system is switched off.
R
Reverse gear is engaged.
R
The interior lighting is switched on.
Front-passenger outside mirror parking posi‐
tion function
The parking position makes parking easier.
The front-passenger outside mirror will swivel
downwards in the direction of the rear wheel on
the front passenger's side when:
R
the parking position is stored (
/
page 137).
R
the front-passenger mirror is selected.
R
reverse gear is engaged.
The front-passenger outside mirror will move
back to its original position when:
R
you shift the transmission to another trans‐
mission position.
R
you are travelling at a speed greater than
15 km/h.
R
you press the button for the outside mirror
on the driver's side.
