played in the instrument cluster: select J
with the le rocker switch.
The maximum permissible speed on the tra c
sign is adopted as the stored speed. The vehi-
cle adapts its speed to that of the vehicle in
front, but only up to the stored speed.

If a change in the speed limit of 12 mph
(20 km/h) or more is detected and automatic
adoption of speed limits is activated, the new
speed limit is automatically adopted as the stored
speed (

The driven speed is adjusted when the vehicle is
level with the tra c sign at the latest. In the case
of signs indicating entry into an urban area, the
speed is adapted according to the speed permit-
ted within the urban area. The speed limit display
in the Instrument Display is always updated when
the vehicle is level with the tra c sign.
