If the PIN has been entered incorrectly three
times, the PIN will be blocked. You can have a sin-
gle-use password sent to you via the Mercedes
me connect online portal to reset the PIN protec-
tion.

Select Unblock PIN .

Enter the single-use password.
PIN protection is reset, and you can set a new
PIN.

dependent and may not be available in your
country.
Alternatively, you can have PIN protection
reset at an authorized Mercedes-Benz Center.

Each time the ignition is switched o or on, the
individual user pro les are synchronized on the
multimedia system and on the server. This
ensures that the latest user pro les are available.
