4 Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the System
Clean the system once a year. Remove light dirt with a dry cloth. Remove persistent dirt
only with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.

Clean the bottom and top plate.

Remove dirt and dust from air ventilation holes.
4.2 Lithium Battery
4.3 Fuse Protection
Specific interfaces of individual components and plug-in boards of the system are
protected by fuses. A detailed description of fuse protection can be found in the
respective user manual.
Take care that no liquid gets inside the system and the labels are not
damaged.
The MH70S is equipped with a lithium battery. There is a danger of
explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced!

Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

The battery has to be UL listed.
Used batteries have to be disposed of according to the local regulations
concerning the disposal of hazardous waste.
The user manual of the CPU board gives detailed information regarding
the position of the battery.

Fuses are not intended to be exchanged by the customer. Your warranty
for the MH70S will cease if you exchange fuses on your own. Please send
the product to MEN for repair if a fuse blows.
