7.Operation check
This chapter introduces the routine and fault checking methods of MTCW.
7.1 Routine check
1. Check whether the analog input meets the requirements.
2. Check whether the MTC terminal block is inserted reliably.
3. Check whether the 24Vdc power input of MTC is overloaded.
4. Check the application program to ensure that the correct operation method and parameter
range are selected in the application. Pay special attention to the BFM area with special timing to
operate according to the specified timing.
7.2 Fault check
If the MTC does not operate normally, please check the following items.
Check the status of "24V" indicator
Light
:
24Vdc power supply is normal.
Off: The 24Vdc power supply may be faulty; if the 24Vdc power supply is normal, the MTC is
faulty.
Check the status of "RUN" indicator
High-speed flashing: MTC is operating normally.
Slow flashing: check the information in the "error status word".
Steady on or off: MTC crashes.
