INSTALLING/REMOVING GREASE CARTRIDGE
Installation
1.
Pull back on the plunger handle until the plunger rod is full y extended. It may be necessary to loosen
container to break vacuum.
2.
Remove the plastic cap from the grease cartridge and insert the cartridge into the container tube.
3.
Remove the pull tab from grease cartridge and screw grease tube assembly into pump assembly.
4.
Release the plunger rod from the slot.
Depress lock lever to operate plunger handle

Installing Grease Cartridge
Removing Empty Grease Cartridge
1.
Pull back on the plunger handle until the plunger rod is fully extended.
2.
Unscrew the grease tube assembly from the pump assembly.
3.
Carefully release the plunger handle to eject the empty cartridge from the container tube.
Rotate grease container counter clockwise to remove.
Plunger rod fully extended.
Turn clockwise to tighten.
FILLING GREASE GUN FROM A BULK CONTAINER
1.
Remove the pump assembly from the grease tube assembly
2.
Insert the open end of the grease tube assembly into the bulk container. Slowly pull the plunger handle
back while pushing the grease tube assembly deeper into the lubricant to preventing air pockets.
3.
Assemble the pump assembly to the grease tube assembly. Disengage the plunger rod from the plunger
