PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Always wear safety glasses or face shield.
Do not depend on spectacles as impact-resistant lenses; they are
not safety glasses. Always wear eye protection that conforms to safety standards.
Always wear ear protectors
. To avoid possible hearing damage, always wear ear plugs when using your grease
gun for long periods of time.
WARNING
The Grease Gun can generate up to 690 bar. High pressure grease can cause serious injury. Hold the
hose firmly by the spring guard.
Keep the work area clean.
Cluttered areas invite injury.
Ensure a good working environment
. Do not use machines or power tools in damp or wet areas. Do not
expose them to rain. Keep your work area well lit. Do not use power tools in the presence of flammable gases or
liquids. Keep hoses and cables away from all pathways, sharp edges or hot surfaces. Do not twist or bend hoses
or use hoses as a pulling device.
Extreme caution is necessary when any appliance is used in the vicinity of children, invalids or elderly
people. Children or people with a disability cannot use the device. Keep children away from the unit.
Store unused equipment. Unused tools must be stored in a dry location to prevent rust. Always lock the tool
storage and keep it out of the reach of children.
Avoid accidental starting.
When replacing the battery, make sure that the switch is not engaged.
Do not
twist the hose, so that it folds. Replace the hose immediately if there are sign of wear, bends, holes or
damage to the outer layer.
Stay alert
. Focus on what you are doing, use common sense. Never use the machine when you are tired.
Check the device on a daily basis for damaged parts.
If any part appears to be defective, carefully determine if
the tool is in working condition.
Check the alignment of the
moving parts, broken parts, installation connections or
any other matters that could affect
the correct operation of the tool. Only a qualified technician should replace or
repair damaged parts. Do not use the tool if it is not working properly.
Spare parts and accessories.
Use only original spare parts. Other replacement parts will void the product
warranty. Use only spare parts, which are intended for this tool.
Do not use the tool under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If you are taking prescription medications, read
the warning labels to determine if they lower alertness or reflexes. If in doubt, do not use the tool.
Maintenance
. Only a qualified technician should perform service and maintenance measures for safety reasons.
Safety Instructions for Charger and Batteries

Before using a battery charger, read all instructions and cautionary markings on the Battery Charger,
Battery Pack, and the Grease Gun.
•
Caution: To reduce the risk of injury, the original charger should only be used to charge the original battery
pack. Other types of batteries may burst causing personal injury and damage.

Do not expose charger to rain, snow, or frost.
•
Do not abuse the cord. Never carry the charger by the cord or yank it to disconnect it from the receptacle.
Pull by the plug rather than the cord when disconnecting the charger. Replace damaged or worn power
cord and strain reliever immediately. Do not attempt to repair the power cord.
•
Make sure the cord is located properly so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over, or otherwise subjected
to damage or stress.
•
Do not operate charger with damaged cord or plug. To avoid hazard, replace immediately.
•
Do not operate charger if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped, or otherwise damaged in any way.
Take the unit to a qualified service centre.
•
When service or repair is required, do not disassemble the charger or battery pack. Take it to a qualified
service centre. Incorrect reassembly may result in risk of electrical shock and fire.
