BATTERY POWERED GREASE GUN
A battery-powered, efficient grease gun is suitable lubrication device for a variety of machinery, vehicles and
equipment using bulk grease, cartridge or a filling pump. The power supply to the low voltage motor comes from
18 volt battery unit.
The Meganex 18V Cordless Grease Gun is a fully battery-operated, automatic grease gun. The gun is designed
for manual lubrication of grease fittings. It includes a pressure release valve to relieve pressure in excess of 690
Bar in the case of a blocked bearing, fitting, or lubrication line.
The Grease Gun is designed to pump and dispense grease using a 18 Volt battery pack. Do not substitute with
any other 18 Volt battery pack. Any other use than expressed explicitly in these instructions will void the warranty
and any claim to liability.

The rotary movement of the electric motor is converted into a stroke movement of the high pressure feed piston
through a planetary reduction gear box and an eccentric. The unit will feed as long as the switch on the handle is
actuated.
