suppression is occurring on left eye.

If  he  says  3dots,  the  patient  is  using  left  eye  only  and  the 
suppression is occurring on right eye. 

-

 

If he sees 5 dots, it is Diplopia. If the red dot is on the right 
side of green dot, the patient has internal Strabismus/internal 
Heterophoria. While the red dot in on the left side of green dot, 
he has external Strabismus/external Heterophoria. 

-

 

In case that the patient see5 dots, and 3 dots and 2 dots appear 
alternatively, it is alternative suppression of right/left eye.
