Date/Time
Select a time zone and a time server from which the NAS server is to receive the
time and date. This time is then used in the logs and messages of the NAS server.
PLEASE NOTE!
For the time setting, the NAS server must be connected to the
Internet!
Current System Date Time Setting
Current Time
Displays the current system time on the NAS server.
Current Date
Displays the current date on the NAS server.
Date Time Setup
Get from Time Server
Choose this option if you want the NAS server to acquire the time and date
from a time server which you can specify in the next fi eld.
Time Server Address
Choose a time server from the drop-down list, or enter the address of another
time server in this fi eld.
Synchronize Now
Click this button to directly synchronize the time via the server specifi ed above.
Time Zone
Time Zone
Enter the time zone of your location here. This entry will set the time difference
betwen your time zone and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Auto/Manual Daylight Saving
Use these fi elds to defi ne the period for displaying the summer time.
Choose “
Auto Daylight Saving
” if you do not plan to use a deviating
period. Choose “
Manual Daylight Saving
” and then set the start date and
end date of the summer time period.
In the entry “
Offset
” enter the offset of the summertime in hours.
Apply
Click here to accept and save the settings.
Cancel
Click here to restore the previous settings.
