Wave

This is the output volume control for all digital audio. 

Synthesizer

This is the output volume control for the FM MIDI.  This 
controls the volume level of the MIDI when a device such as 
OPL3-SA FM MIDI is selected in the Multimedia section of 
the Control Panel.  This control should be muted for all other 
kinds of MIDI playback.   

Line

This is the line-out volume control.  This is used only where 
there is no DB60XG module present.  When the DB60XG is 
present, this control should ALWAYS be muted to avoid 
sound feedback. 

Mono In 

This is the PC speaker output volume control.  In order to 
redirect the PC speaker output to the Audiotrix 3D-XG, the 
PC speaker output from the motherboard should be connected 
to the PC speaker input of the Audiotrix 3D-XG.  This control 
should be muted if not required. 

Microphone 

This is the microphone output volume.  This control should be 
muted if the microphone is not used to avoid the pickup of 
ambient noise. 

Software Wavetable 

This is the Software Wavetable output volume control.  To 
use this control, select the OPL3-SA Soft Wavetable MIDI
