3.2 Removing Paper Jam

A. Procedure

1. Open the thermal print head by up positioning the lever on the side of the printer.

2. Open the cutter cover and presenter cover.

3. Remove and tear the jammed paper.

4. Close the cover and down position the thermal print head leaver.

5. Insert the paper again then printer will automatically feeds the paper.
