2.3 Adjusting Paper Width
A. On the printer
If you look at the back side of the printer, there are 2 screws at the top of the metal frame.
Red circle marked in below drawing.
1. Unscrew it. (You do not need to completely unscrew)
2. Move either the screw or the paper width guide to inner or outer direction
3. If you move both screws to inner side the paper width is set to 210 mm A4 size
If you move both screws to outer side the paper width is set to 216 mm US letter size.
The printer is set to 210 mm A4 size when you first open the box
