Making Connections

• Do not plug in the power cord until  

all connections have been completed.

Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Antenna

Attach the two Bluetooth/Wi-Fi antennas that 

are included in the MX123 accessory package. 

Each antenna screws into a connector labeled 

BLUETOOTH/WI-FI ANT located in the top right 

and left corners of the rear panel. After attaching the 

antennas, point them upward. 

10baseT LAN

Use an Ethernet cable to connect the MX123 to a 

network router. The network connector is located 

on the top left rear of the MX123. It is labeled 

NETWORK. By default, the MX123 has DHCP set 

to ON and will automatically receive an IP address 

from the router. This setting can be changed. (See 

“Network” on page 24.)
