Connection and Control Elements
(25) KEY button
• Press this button to switch the key function on or off.
• When this function is active, the pitch will not be changed when the playback speed is changed with the
PITCH (23) control.
The device stores the pitch at the time the KEY button is pressed. That means that if the PITCH (23)
control is not in the centre position at this time, the pitch stored is not the original pitch of the track, but
the pitch resulting from the change of playback speed.
(26) HOT CUE 1 button
• Press this button to store the current playback position as cue point 1.
• Press the button again to start playback from cue point 1.
(27) HOT CUE 2 button
• Press this button to store the current playback position as cue point 2.
• Press the button again to start playback from cue point 2.
(28) HOT CUE 3 button
• Press this button to store the current playback position as cue point 3.
• Press the button again to start playback from cue point 3.
(29) SHIFT/DELETE button
• Keep this button pressed and then press one of the buttons HOT CUE 1-3 to delete the corresponding cue point
1, 2 or 3.
• Keep this button pressed to influence the FILTER and KEY functions of the software with the
PARAMETER 1 (32) and PARAMETER 2 (33) controls.
(30) EFFECT SEL button
• Press this button to select the desired effect in the software window.
(31) EFFECT ON/OFF button
• Press this button to switch the desired effect on or off.
