INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION AND USE

In order to achieve combustion, the fuel and the oxidant
must be available in the proper ratio. The reaction
between these two elements is started by a stoked heater
which ignites the pellets that are in the stove fire-pot, then
the fuel and the oxidant are mixed resulting in
combustion. This is the so-called hot reaction start
because the heat transfers from the glowing lighter to the
pellet. Combustion can be one of the indicators of
whether everything is all right with the device.
The following examples may help to properly respond
and know what to do before calling for service center.
Image 1a shows inadequate combustion in the form of a
weak flame. In this case, it is necessary to check
whether the flue ducts are unobstructed, i.e. if there is
any clogging including in the chimney. The next step is
to check if the stove is dirty. If not cleaned for a long
time, the flue ducts inside the stove can become clogged
(see section "Stove Cleaning and Maintenance ").
Finally, check that the parts of the stove have been
properly returned to their place.
If the fire-pot is displaced, excess air may enter leading
to overloading of the fire-pot (Image 1b) and the flame
may be too strong (Image 1c), which can lead to the
burning of pellets in the storage. You should also check
all silicone braids that lose their elasticity over time and
thus affect the sealing of the stove.

In addition to these recommendations, combustion is also
affected by the quality of pellet, which is explained in the
section on pellet.
If there is nothing wrong with the appliance but
the described issue still occurs, immediately
inform the authorized service center or the
company’s service department in writing or by
phone.

shows the flame corresponding to proper
combustion and stove operation. The flame is a yellow-
white color, and there is a minimal quantity of dust and
unburned pellet in the fire-cup.
