d) Attach wire tap connector to
Gray Wire
approximately ½” down from connector.

e) Using pliers, close 2 sides of wire-tap onto wire.
3. Connect EC Power harness to +12V ignition.
a) Insert male spade terminal

striped wire
into opening of wire tap on the
Gray wire

4. Attach wire tap connector to B+ Constant in upper
10-pin A-pillar connector.
a) Locate the
Yellow / Green-striped
wire
in

, of the 10-pin upper connector.

Ensure correct wire (pin location 10) is identified.

Ensure male spade connector is fully inserted into wire tap.
Check to see that the spade connector did not miss the slot.
Check to see that it is not visible on either side of the female
connector.
