Installation

1. Fix the control unit in any position on a 35°mm mounting rail acc. to

IEC 60715.

Installation

For your own safety, you must also adhere to the following rules during
installation:

•

Disconnect from the power supply all devices and live parts that are located in
the immediate vicinity.

•

Secure them to prevent them being switched back on.

•

Check that they are de-energised.

Caution Impaired operation due to overheating

If the control unit overheats as a result of external heat, operation of the pro-
tective device may be impaired or it may fail completely.

Ä

It is absolutely essential to ensure sufficient clearance from heat sources
(at least 2 cm).
