•
To avoid risk of electric shock, do not
immerse the samovar, the power cord and
the power plug of the unit into water or other
liquids.
•
Unplug the unit, if are not using it as well as
before cleaning.
•
Do not wash the samovar in a dishwashing
machine.
•
Before taking the unit away for long stor-
age or before cleaning, unplug it, let it cool
down, pour out water and dry.
•
For children safety reasons do not leave
polyethylene bags, used as a packaging,
unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger
of suffocation!
•
Do not allow children to use the samovar
as a toy.
•
This unit is not intended for usage by chil-
dren or disabled persons unless they are
given all the necessary and understandable
instructions by a person who is respon-
sible for their safety on safety measures
and information about danger that can be
caused by improper usage of the unit.
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children and
disabled persons. Do not allow them to use
the unit without supervision of the respon-
sible adults.
•
Check the power cord and the power plug
periodically. Do not use the unit, if the power
cord, the plug, the lid or the unit body is
damaged.
•
Do not repair the unit by yourself. If the unit
has damages, apply to the authorized ser-
vice center.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature it is necessary to keep it for
at least two hours at room temperature
before switching on.
– Unpack the samovar, remove any stickers
that can prevent unit operation.
– Check the unit for damages; do not use it in
case of damages.
– Before switching the unit on make sure
that the operating voltage of the unit corre-
sponds to voltage of your mains.
– Open the lid (6), fill the samovar with water
using a suitable bowl, do not exceed the
maximal water level mark (4) «MAX».
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the boiling mode on. To do this, set
the switch (3) to the position «boiling mode»
, switch the samovar on by setting the
power switch (1) to the position «I», the indi-
cators (10) and (11) will light up.
– After water starts boiling, the samovar will
be switched to the keep warm mode, the
indicator (11)
will go out, the switch (3)
will be set to the position , the indicator
(10) will be on.
– To wash out the tap (9) place a suitable
bowl under it and turn the tap handle (8).
Cut the water supply off by turning the tap
handle (8).
– Let the samovar cool down, remove the lid
(6), the ring (5) and pour the water out of
the samovar.
Note : To remove foreign smells boil and pour
out water 2-3 times.
Attention! Be careful when pouring out
water to avoid burns by steam and hot
water.
USING THE SAMOVAR
– Fill the samovar with water using a suitable
bowl; do not exceed the maximal water level
mark (4) «MAX».
– Install the ring (5). The clicking of the ring
locks shows that the ring is installed prop-
erly.
– Install the lid (6) back to its place.
– Switch the boiling mode on. To do this, set
the switch (3) to the position «boiling mode»
, switch the samovar on by setting the
power switch (1) to the position «I», the indi-
cators (10) and (11) will light up.
– After water starts boiling, the samovar will
be switched to the keep warm mode, the
switch (3) will be set to the position , the
indicator (10) will be on.
– You can switch the reboiling on some time
after water has boiled and the unit has been
