DEPTH ADJUSTMENT (fig 8)
1. Turn off the router.
2. Remove the sub-base from the fixed
base by removing three screws.
Install the fixed base to the router
table referring to the router table’s
instruction manual for detailed
installing information.
3. Loosen the router motor clamp.
4. Insert the wrench into the adjusting
hole on the tabletop. Turn the depth-
adjustment rod on the router clockwise
with the wrench to move the collet/nut
up, or counter-clockwise to move the
collet/nut down.
5. When the desired depth of cut is set,
tighten the router motor clamp.
TABLE MOUNTING (fig 9)
1. Unplug the router.
2. Remove the plastic sub-base from the
router base (fig 9a).
3. Loosen the screws and remove the
universal router mounting plate from
the router table.
4. Put the router upside down, and align
the three holes in the centre of the
universal router mounting plate with
the holes in the router.
5. Insert a table mounting screw
(included) through each of the three
holes in the universal router mounting
plate and into the holes in the router
base, and then tighten each screw
securely (fig 9b).

The fixed base can be attached to the router mounting plate in a
way similar to the plunge base. Refer to the router table instruction manual for
detailed installing information.
