Outdoor unit piping connection
Remove the nuts attached to indoor unit
When removing the nut, some gas may discharge.
it is protective gas. Then remove the plastic plug
from the pipe according to the its location.

machine oil
Bind up all the joints of both gas and liquid pipes with thermal insulation material and fix tightly
with wrapping type. ( This procedure should be done after leak test)
Wrap the all the joints well, otherwise dew may form and drips.
The gas pipe and liquid pipe should be taped and wrapped separately.
Adjust the position of pipes, and fix them well.

Piping preparations
Measure the length of pipes according to the location and direction of indoor and outdoor units and
the wall hole.
Cut the copper tube ( ) correctly with a pipe cutter.
Make sure to completely remove the burrs from the cut cross section of pipe/tube.
Pipe connection
First align the center of flare opening and connector.
Tighten the flare nut clockwise with hands first, then
with a wrench .
Use tightening torque table on the right as a guideline.
Excessive tightening damages the flare section.
